The dismissals mean the ability to start moving forward for the young men accused in these Title IX cases //
January brought success for partner Lindsay Brown and two of her clients who were named as Respondents in separate Title IX cases. One client attended a private university in Colorado. Another client attended a public high school in the Denver Metro Area. Both schools decided to dismiss the investigations after the students withdrew from school and the schools were confronted with information that undermined both the veracity of the claims and/or the purpose of the ongoing investigation. This marks the 15th victory in the past twelve months for Ms. Brown when defending a Respondent in a Title IX investigation.
